The issue in GetHuman-daruby's own words
When I initially signed up, it was for one month. The same day (****), there was a charge for an upgrade that I didn't authorize. I will go through my Credit card company if I have to, and file a formal dispute. I hope it doesn't come to that, and this can be resolved in a more civil manner. The account tools on your site don't match the description of how to use them. Also, I would like "auto renewal" turned off. You shouldn't have to do it online. There is NO dropdown menu as described in the Help section. I would like my membership CANCELED IMMEDIATELY. The only thing I've got out of it is, people overseas wanting to use my profile, or Hookers with their numbers, or texts plastered accross their photos. People that "liked you", when they are "available to chat", never respond. Please resolve. I am having thoughts of reporting OurTime to the BBB.
