I recently interacted with Live and Love (Mark, Manchester) and after exchanging email addresses, he was removed from my contacts, winks, and favorites lists, and vice versa. I realized this was due to sharing my email. As new members, we initially thought one of us did something wrong and Mark hasn't been online since. I had a similar experience before when sharing work details. With Mark being new, he wasn't able to investigate why profiles and messages were deleted like I could. We got along great, and I doubt he even saw my messages assuming I blocked him. Can this be fixed? It feels unfair that sharing an email or workplace results in such severe consequences while phone numbers are allowed. I prefer email communication to block unwanted interactions. I struggled to find a way to contact you directly due to being a new member, nearly two weeks since this started. It's frustrating not having a say in being blocked from someone with whom you connect. I hope this isn't solely about money. Mark likely felt as confused as I did when my profile was deleted initially. It's disheartening to think we gave up on each other when the platform cut off communication without explanation. I was an Ourtime customer in the fall of [redacted], but didn't renew my account as I met someone. Recently, we broke up, and I decided to try Match.com on April 26/18. I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].82 from Ourtime on my credit card statement on March 28, [redacted]. I didn't authorize this charge and wasn't aware of any automatic renewal terms when I initially signed up. I saw a notice about automatic renewal when signing up with Match.com but don't recall seeing this with Ourtime. I'm a widow in my 70s and can't afford this charge now that I'm using Match.com. I recently renewed my subscription on Ourtime due to the discounted price. However, my account is experiencing unauthorized activity. I am receiving unsolicited emails from individuals I am not interested in. Moreover, the site is changing my primary photo without my consent, which is frustrating. I kindly request a full credit to my account and a complete deletion of all content, including photos. I do not wish to communicate with any more men via the platform. I have been contacted three times by fraudulent members like SmilingHarry (Harry Sullivan), Gracederic (Eric Dean), and Shurst1 (Richard Levine). Despite my reports, they remain on the site, preying on others. These individuals showed red flags such as fake photos, unverifiable contact information, and attempted scams. I had to take precautions like closing bank accounts and checking for malware. I urge the website to increase security measures and remove these scammers. I believe my account has been compromised and I would like it canceled. My profile is "ramie56" on Our Time. A person who contacted me through the "earlybird" profile on Our Time seems to have hijacked my account. Upon investigation, I discovered that the person claiming to be a 55-year-old woman was actually a man in his 70s. This individual proceeded to ask for money. There appears to be a security issue on your site as I received a notification from Our Time about a gender profile change that I did not make. I also received a second notification about myself changing the profile. The individual provided an email address "[redacted]" and claimed their name was Tammy Duetscher. They also provided a phone number 1-[redacted]. Additionally, I was unable to access my account settings.

When I first signed up, it was for a one-month subscription. However, on the same day, 5/14, there was a charge for an unauthorized upgrade. I am willing to contact my credit card company and file a formal dispute if necessary, although I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. The account management tools on the website do not align with the instructions provided. I also request that the "auto renewal" feature be disabled, as I am unable to locate the dropdown menu as indicated in the Help section. I wish to have my membership canceled immediately. My experience so far has been inundated with unsolicited messages and profiles that do not match my preferences. The lack of responses from those who have shown interest is also disappointing. I trust that these issues can be addressed promptly to avoid further escalation.

Hello, I have been trying to resolve my technical issues for over a week without success. Today, I requested to speak with a supervisor, but customer service informed me they could not transfer my call. I also asked to cancel my account and receive a refund for the remaining months, which they also refused. It seems I am paying for a service that is not functioning properly. The specific issues I am facing are: frequent disconnections from the app despite reinstalling it, inability to access 16 unread messages, and occasional message sending failures. I have not yet posted my dissatisfaction online, but I am considering doing so unless these problems are promptly resolved or my remaining months refunded due to the technicians' inability to fix them.

I do not have a profile on your website; someone has created a profile using my email address, and I would like it to be deleted. I have attempted to contact you via email twice. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both the email addresses and passwords that I tried to use. This led me to create two separate profiles, which I am now unable to access due to my forgetfulness. I mistakenly accepted the £[redacted] offer instead of the £47 one. The original account I intended to use was suspended, so I was forced to try and create a new one, which has only added to the confusion. As a disabled individual, I find it extremely challenging to deal with these complications. I kindly request that my original account, which I still remember the password for, be reinstated. I am having trouble accessing my suspended profile. After attempting to create a new account with various email addresses and passwords, I now have two profiles but can't recall any login details. In an attempt to regain access, I unintentionally accepted a £[redacted] offer instead of the £47 offer I intended to accept. Due to my disability and confusion, I mistakenly signed up for the £[redacted] subscription instead of the intended £47 one. I promptly emailed to correct this error, but received no response. When I tried to access my original suspended profile, I encountered difficulty and inadvertently created two more profiles without success. Consequently, the full payment was debited from my account, leaving me unable to access any profiles. To resolve this, I kindly request a refund of the total amount paid so I can begin anew, or a partial refund of £51 with restoration of my original profile for access. I also request the deletion of the two additional profiles created in error. This experience has exacerbated my disability and I urgently seek resolution as the situation is overwhelming. I currently have three accounts. I accidentally suspended my original one while trying to reopen it. In the process, I inadvertently opened two more accounts, resulting in confusion. I intended to sign up for the £47 offer, but due to my disability and the confusion, I ended up with the £[redacted] offer instead. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford this as I am not working. I have tried three times to email explaining the problem, but I keep getting asked to fill in the same boxes. I've mentioned that I can't call the number provided, yet that is all you keep sending me. I am unable to access many suggestions as I can't log into my account. Initially, I couldn't access my original account, and things have been problematic since. Despite setting up two more accounts, I still couldn't gain access as I had forgotten all the passwords and emails. When trying to renew my subscription, I accidentally selected the £[redacted] option instead of the £47 one I wanted. I've emailed three times without a response, and I can't reach the site by phone as I mentioned before. I never intended to choose the higher-priced subscription and would like to revert to the originally preferred £47 plan. Due to my disability, confusion arises easily, and this experience has been particularly challenging. I am seeking assistance from Ourtime regarding my subscription issue. I initially selected a £47 subscription, but due to pressure, I ended up with a £[redacted] subscription by mistake. I had a strange experience after creating my profile and uploading pictures. When I tried to update my information after subscribing for 1 month, the website prompted me for an email and password I never set up. Now, I can't access my profile despite making payments. I signed up with OURTIME.COM in mid-April. However, a few weeks later, I faced difficulty accessing my account. The second account was under the name girlnextdoor. Despite agreeing to a $3.99 monthly charge, an additional $19.99 fee was debited without my consent. I am eager to have my account corrected, cease all recurring charges, and receive the six weeks I lost due to these troubles. I had delayed resolving this matter due to a family medical situation, but I am now dedicated to resolving it promptly. I have been on this site for 2 weeks, and my account keeps getting shut down. When I try to log in, it keeps telling me my password is wrong, and I can't reset it. I filled out my profile, but I'm being contacted by both women and men, some of whom are scary, and there are more scammers than honest people. I've had to change everything because of them. I feel like OurTime is more focused on making money and pushing for upgrades. I want to speak to someone about this. This is my first time on a dating site, and because of everything that has happened, I won't be renewing my membership.
