I am concerned about the trees on my neighbor's property that are intertwined with utility lines along our shared property line. The trees range in height from 75’ to over [redacted]’, and one line appears to be embedded in a tree. With large limbs starting to fall, there is a risk of damage to surrounding houses, electrical lines, and poles during a storm. I would like to request assistance from OUC to assess the situation and address any potential hazards.

I am writing to inquire about a missing refund check. In [redacted], I requested a refund of $[redacted].93 but never received the check. The original deposit was $[redacted]. Despite contacting OUC customer service multiple times, the refund check was never sent to the address provided. Even visiting the OUC headquarters in person in [redacted] did not yield any results, as the customer service window was no longer available. I have attempted to reach out through phone, email, and their website with no success. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue and requesting the issuance of the missing refund check. My personal information is as follows: Gabriela Elena Araujo Arenas, Passport Number [redacted]29, OUC Account ID [redacted], and the service address where the utility was used is [redacted] Metrowest Blvd, Unit [redacted], Building 6, Orlando, FL [redacted]. Thank you for your help in recovering my refund. Best regards, Gabriela Elena Araujo Arenas.

The Weather Channel aired a critical description of Orlando Public Utilities today at around 10:09 a.m. It highlighted the issue of people being denied electrical service in Florida due to a lack of support for delinquent subscribers. The report criticized the company for being insensitive to the needs of subscribers, especially those who require AC for health reasons. The male reporter did not mention any assistance programs for individuals facing financial distress. It is recommended to reach out to the governor's office for a public statement in your defense or to represent the company. In Miami, the Weather Channel can be found on channel 27 Xfinity.
