I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past week. Due to my disability, I require my paper to be delivered to my side door, as I am unable to walk in my yard without the risk of falling. However, last week the paper started being placed out in the yard near the street. I have made several phone calls and sent three emails regarding this issue but have not received any response. This change in delivery location is causing significant difficulties for me, and I am in urgent need of assistance. Thank you, Norma Chrisman [redacted] Van Buren Ave. Lake Mary, FL.

I was supposed to receive a trial holiday subscription last Sunday, but I haven't received any further copies since. Without an active subscription, I am unable to contact a customer service representative. My name is Angel Barcomb and my address is 1 Hillsborough Dr, Sorrento, FL. Unfortunately, I have poor cell phone signal for calls at [redacted], but I can receive texts. Please contact me at [redacted], which is my landline.

I have subscribed to Thursday and Sunday delivery, but my carrier has failed to deliver my Thursday paper for 4 weeks and my Sunday paper for three weeks. Despite numerous calls to customer service at [redacted], including conversations with Jerry, Kate, and Diane, no promised redelivery has occurred. Diane, who identified herself as a supervisor, assured me of redelivery for the Sunday paper, account credits, and a service extension, yet no emails or papers have been received. As a long-time Orlando Sentinel customer, I am dismayed by the lack of customer service. Despite assurances that messages have been sent to the carrier, the lack of follow-up and care towards customers is evident. I expect prompt action, including accurate account credits, service extension, and email confirmation, as well as proper communication regarding the resolution. The decline in service quality since December [redacted] is disappointing, and I request tangible results rather than empty promises or excuses. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I have not received my Thursday and Sunday paper for the past five weeks. Despite numerous calls, the issue remains unresolved. The customer service agents in the Philippines have been unable to redeliver the missing papers promptly. Promises of a callback within 24-28 hours have gone unfulfilled. Speaking with advocates and supervisors has not yielded a solution either. As a loyal customer of 40 years, this recurring problem is frustrating. Not being able to reach the Orlando office for assistance is adding to my frustration. I hope to resolve this promptly, as continued poor service may lead me to cancel my subscription.

I have noticed that my newspaper delivery at [redacted] Tranquille Oaks Drive, Ocoee, FL [redacted] has been consistently late or missing altogether for the past few months. It seems like there might be a new delivery person on my route. The issue is particularly noticeable on Sundays. This morning, on Father's Day, June 20, for instance, I still haven't received my paper as of 10:15am. Despite my calls about late or missing papers, I've been informed that papers are not officially late until after 8:00am. It is frustrating that breaking news or sports scores that occur after 10:00pm might not make it in time for publication. It appears that delivering papers within a reasonable timeframe has become a challenge. - R. J.

I did not receive today's paper delivery. I called and was informed it would be re-delivered by 11:00, but it never arrived. I am requesting a credit for this inconvenience. Additionally, my neighbor missed their paper last Sunday, and it took multiple phone calls over three weeks to start my subscription last month. It is evident that there is a recurring problem that must be resolved. Please inform the delivery person that they will not receive a Christmas tip until these issues are resolved.

For several years, I have reliably received my paper at my front door. However, last Saturday, I noticed it didn't arrive. After contacting customer service, they assured me it would be delivered before noon, which did not happen. The following Sunday, when the paper was missing again, I called customer service and received the same unsatisfactory response. I reiterated my disappointment as I was also missing Saturday's paper. Unable to locate a copy, I purchased one for $4.79 at Publix, adding to my frustration of paying for a paper that was not delivered. As a loyal subscriber for over 44 years, I am puzzled by these recent delivery issues. I'm hoping for a resolution and eagerly awaiting tomorrow's paper.

As a loyal subscriber to the Orlando Sentinel receiving daily papers, I am disappointed with the inconsistent delivery service. Despite numerous calls regarding missing papers, the issue persists. In the last 10 days alone, I have had to report missing papers multiple times, which is truly unacceptable. Today, on Monday (10/17/22), I reported the missing paper three separate times at 8 AM, 11 AM, and around 2 PM, yet the promised deliveries never came. The lack of reliability in the distribution system is concerning, and if not improved, I may consider switching to the St. Pete Times for better service. I urge the Orlando Sentinel to learn from the efficiency of the St. Pete Times in running a newspaper business.

I've been experiencing delivery issues throughout the year. I initially signed up for Thursday and Sunday paper deliveries in March '22, but the deliveries stopped at some point. Even after contact attempts at [redacted], the problem persisted. In August, a carrier mentioned she had been ill with Covid and had a toe amputation, which affected her work. When she resumed, I received a few papers but it stopped abruptly. I renewed my subscription on October 17 but haven't received any papers. The lack of consistent delivery is frustrating and disappointing. I prefer having the physical paper in hand over the digital version. Getting in touch with the customer service hotline ([redacted]) hasn't helped resolve the issue. I would appreciate a refund or regular deliveries. Who is responsible for my deliveries and why is this ongoing issue not being addressed promptly? My contact number is [redacted].

On 11/21/22, I requested a pause in delivery of our daily paper until 11/29/22. Unfortunately, the paper did not resume as requested. Despite speaking with a customer service representative, our papers for both today and yesterday have not been delivered. Trying to reach the local distributor directly has been unsuccessful, and contacting the paper with complaints has not resolved the issue. This is not the first time we have encountered problems with delivery, and it is quite frustrating. I am seeking the contact information for the distributor in Mount Dora, FL, as an alternative way to address this ongoing problem since the current system for managing delivery concerns has proved inadequate.

After being loyal subscribers for over 15 years, our newspaper delivery has been inconsistent since October 1st, [redacted]. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Previously, reporting a missing paper before 10 a.m. would result in a same-day replacement, which has not been the case lately. Repeated requests to speak with someone in Orlando have not been successful, as promised callbacks have never occurred. This lack of communication and poor service is disappointing. If delivery problems persist, we would expect to be contacted for a refund and updates on future service. We value having a physical newspaper over online reading and hope the Orlando office can address our ongoing delivery challenges promptly.

I have encountered ongoing issues with my delivery service. Initially, the service was set to commence on December 22nd but the paper did not arrive. After contacting customer support, I was assured it would be delivered on the 23rd, which also did not happen. Subsequently, they promised delivery on Sunday, the 25th, but again, the paper did not arrive until Wednesday, the 28th. It appears the delivery person is aware of my address as the Sunday paper did arrive late. However, today, Thursday, I have not received the paper at all. Given the consistent problems, I would like a refund for my subscription and the service canceled. W Neifer [redacted] Elizabeth Lane Mount Dora, FL [redacted] [redacted]

Delivery Concerns: I wanted to address ongoing delivery issues with our newspaper. Since the start of the year, there have been numerous instances of missed deliveries, including a stretch of 12 consecutive days without receiving a paper. Despite daily calls to customer service, we have not had a full week of uninterrupted service. Just this week, we missed deliveries on Tuesday and today. This continuous problem has led us to consider canceling our subscription after 22 years. It is frustrating to have to contact customer service weekly to ensure our paper arrives. There have been occasions where, despite assurances of same-day delivery, we never received the paper. We hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Regards, Myles P Gerrity.

I have been a victim of elder abuse and a scam that led to losing my pension and my home at 79. The scam was carried out at USAA in [redacted], allegedly involving an individual named Hollis from the credit card department. He manipulated my checks, claiming to have authority as a military widow, causing significant financial losses. Despite reporting this to Wells Fargo and USAA, the resolution process has been slow and inadequate. I have sought legal advice emphasizing the elder abuse aspect and the need for justice. The emotional and financial toll of this situation has been immense. I am now in assisted living, thanks to the support of my cousin, realtor, and doctors. My home has been listed for sale, and I am grappling with the painful process of liquidating my belongings. The HOA has added to the stress by threatening a lien on my home, further complicating an already distressing situation. I am reaching out for help and hoping that by sharing my story, I can prevent others from falling victim to similar scams. Patricia Marn

I enjoy starting my day with my morning newspaper. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing delivery issues at my address. Twice in the past week, I've received wet and unreadable papers. Additionally, this Sunday and today, Saturday, my paper hasn't arrived at all. To avoid further wet deliveries, I kindly request that the paper be placed on the grass instead of the uneven and puddle-prone sidewalk. I presume I'm not the sole Baldwin Park resident receiving daily deliveries, so I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring I receive my paper every morning. Address: [redacted] Hanks Ave, Orlando, FL [redacted]
