Ore-Ida Potatoes Customer Service Issues

To whom it may concern, I am writing to share a negative experience I had with a product I have been loyal to for 36 years, Ore-Ida hash browns. I have a recipe called Sinful Potatoes which specifically calls for cubed hash browns, and I have recommended Ore-Ida to countless friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, the two bags I recently purchased were of poor quality. The potatoes were mostly cut into strips resembling french fries, some had rotten spots and discoloration, and there was excessive skin left on the cubes. I recently opened a new bag of frozen tater tots and noticed unusual spots on them, which seemed different from the usual seasoning. If needed, I have photos of these spots and have saved all the tater tots in case further investigation is required. If you'd like to see them, please let me know.

I bought a 32-ounce bag of Ore Ida golden tater tots from Festival Foods on Steffens Way in Green Bay, WI in late November [redacted]. We made our usual Tater Tot casserole with them but noticed an unusual taste. Both my partner and I experienced gas and upset stomachs for about 12 hours afterward. We had to discard most of the casserole. I am unsure if there have been other similar complaints, but the lot number on our package was ON23122L11001.
