The airline we booked a flight through orbitz with (Frontier) cancelled the flight we booked (Orbitz * **************) and NEITHER OF THE COMPANIES contacted us. AT ALL. First I called Orbitz and spoke to Jezza (on Jan **, **** at around *pm) and all she would tell me is that the flight was cancelled and I needed to talk to Frontier. Said she didn't have any more information, wouldn't give me the Frontier confirmation code, nothing. I looked several times back through my email to make sure I didn't miss one from Orbitz regarding this flight, and the last one I got was on Jan ** @ *:**am and tells me to get ready to go to Billings. Obviously Orbitz was aware the flight was cancelled because when I checked on the Orbitz app on Jan ** in order to confirm flight times with the employee I booked the ticket for, it said the flight was cancelled. HOW IS IT OK TO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS AT ALL WHEN THIS HAS HAPPENED? The agent I talked to at Frontier (Mel, ********) told me that when I booked the reservation with Orbitz, that an email and phone number was not given to Frontier and told me that Orbitz was "unreachable" for Frontier to contact about that problem, so apparently this is why Frontier didn't contact me either. *For an airline to cancel a flight with NO NOTIFICATION given to passengers should be criminal. And since I booked it through Orbitz, if the airline isn't going to notify me, ORBITZ SHOULD!!! This cancelled flight (with the next one not available for days afterward) has cost me and my business thousands of dollars in lost revenue. I also had to cancel a work trip I was supposed to go on in order to be able to pick the passengers up when they (hopefully) arrive tomorrow. I cannot even express how disappointed and disgusted I am with Orbitz and Frontier Airlines and their customer service. I have told everyone who will listen what a horrible experience it has been to try and book anything through Frontier*Orbitz and will be sure to avoid travelling with either of these companies if possible in the future.
