On April **, **** I booked an airline ticket with American Airlines for ***.**. Itinerary* ************* conf*ZDTTCX booking ID TQLI*R ticket* *************. I had to rebook since my airline was cancelled without my approval, an emailed was sent to your company without a reply. I called your company to find out why my trip was canceled and they indicated that the computer cancelled me out of the system since they did not have a direct flight. At that time I had already booked my ticket with another airline. I have called your company several times requesting to speak to a supervisor so the person took my phone number but no one called me back. I wasn't the one who cancelled and I will not accept a credit for the flight because I will never use your airline again due to bad business. I want my full refund.
