We reserved flights thru Orbitz on American Airlines (Confirmation*LXUVTY for American Airlines and*NXHOMM for British Airways) in July, ****. **For the transcontinental long legs of the trip, we would like to select our seating. In Orbitz's reservation confirmation, it stated that we would be able to choose seats for a fee with this basic economy fare. We were able to do that online for the LHR to JFK flight on *********. We are having difficulty booking the seats for the BOS to MAD flight on ********. **We are hoping that you can follow thru on the "seat for a fee" statement and help us acquire seating. American Airlines sent us to British Airways, British Airways sent us to Iberia, Iberia has not responded. Please advise. Thank you.
