Most of the problem I had was caused by the fact that i had not done a reservation in a long time and many things changed. All of the computerized telephone systems I noticed are certainly not there for the benefit of the customer, but once you finally get through with the computers, the persons do a great job. Talking to a computer is certainly not friendly. But you get past the computer the persons were friendly and very helpful. It really wasn't to hard after that. I didn't have all the information the reservationist needed. The first reservationist gave me a phone number to call back on, which I did. After I gathered information the next reservationist answered all my questions, then did the reservations. The people not the computer were the ones doing the job. The computer was a pain, you where. In our corporation I certainly will not have a computerized telephone system. I respect our customer to much. it took well over an hour or more with your mechanized telephone system, about ** minutes with you helpful reservationist staff.**Thanks, Larry
