My name is Pete witner I talk to a customer service supervisor today and she assured me that I would be getting a refund she was sending me a voucher number of some kind so I could get the refund because Orbitz then bucked my name by phone and they just took part of it it when I got the confirmation it said petwit not Pete Witner was booked from Tegucigalpa, Honduras to San Jose Costa Rica the flight departure was about *:** p.m. this was booked on ***** **** she was supposed to send it to *****@***.com not *****@***.com which may have been where sent it also the second thing that happened was I booked on ***** ***** a hotel I think it was the Costa Rica guest house but when I got to San Jose Costa Rica there was no reservations anywhere I need to know what happened and why my reservation was not completed the cost of the whole trip flight plus *-day Hotel was $*** and some change please respond as soon as possible to my request oh by the way I told her not to send it to *****@***.com because that account is been compromised so I don't use it anymore any responses to this letter need sent to *****@***.com*Thank you Pete Witner
