Hello, I was informed by the DELTA airline representative at the Richmond airport that ticket for my return flight from RIC to KRK was newer issued. I had to pay$*,***.** for purchase of a new ticket for the return flight. Itinerary *: *************, Ticket *: *************, Confirmation: MTAJ*D (KLM), HTWV*H (Delta). Also my travel insurance fee was nor returned when I made change to my flight within ** hours. Please let me know how to contact some person at ORBITZ to get reimbursement for my additional expenses.
