While on vacation, my husband got ill and we had to head back home a day early. (Driving *** miles) I canceled a hotel reservation for JUly ** before **:**am through Orbitz customer service. My husband saw a physician on Monday July ** and received several prescriptions. I contacted the insurance people after talking with someone at Orbitz. I intend to file a claim. Here is my question: This room was paid for in Orbucks rewards. All I really want is to get my $***.** in Orbucks back in my account. If I go through the insurance people: will they refund me in cash?
