I tried calling the Get Human phone number, but unfortunately, it did not work. I need to request for the third time to please instruct your delivery person to cease leaving five copies of the Sunday issue on my walkway at [redacted] N. Towner, Santa Ana, CA [redacted]. I do not have a subscription and have never had one. I've spoken to a representative before who assured me that the deliveries would stop within a week, but they have not. It appears that the delivery person may be disposing of excess newspapers by leaving them at my address. It's illogical for any household to receive multiple copies of the same issue. I trust that this will be the final occasion I have to bring this matter to your attention.

I have been a loyal subscriber of the Orange County Register for over 11 years, but I am considering canceling my subscription. Recently, I noticed a charge of $[redacted] on my credit card statement from OCR, even though my current subscription doesn't expire until September 10th. When I contacted customer service to cancel, they explained that they could only refund me $[redacted] because I was already 3 weeks into the new subscription period. It's frustrating that they charged me for papers when I was paid up until September 10th. I am willing to pay the $19 difference just to expedite the refund process, but I am disappointed by their billing practices.

I have been trying to reach you by phone without success, so I am resorting to messaging you online instead. Upon reviewing my recent bill, I noticed an increase of nearly $20.00. As a person on a fixed income, this additional cost is difficult for me to manage. Without a discount, I will need to consider canceling my subscription. I kindly request that you reach out to me to discuss this matter or provide a revised bill with a reduced amount. You can contact me, Mrs. Dolores L., at [redacted] W. Greentree Circle Unit C, Anaheim, CA [redacted]. Thank you for your attention.

I canceled my subscription a month ago, except for Sundays. A week later, I called back to inquire about the cost for Sundays only. Initially, I was informed that my subscription hadn't been canceled during the first call. After clarification, I was told it was resolved, and my payment for 13 weeks would be $40.28. However, when the credit card payment processed, it was for the full amount. Upon contacting customer service again, I was assured the excess would be refunded to my credit card, but this has not happened two weeks into the billing cycle. I kindly request for a competent representative to contact me via call or email before I escalate the matter with my credit card company and cancel the Sunday subscription as well. Best, James Nyhus

On July 16, [redacted], I placed an order for 26 weeks of Sunday delivery with unlimited digital access which was supposed to include a $10 gift card. Chris assisted me with the phone order and my credit card details at 12:30 pm. Although I finally gained digital access on July 31, [redacted], I have not received a Sunday paper on any Sundays yet. Despite numerous calls, I have not received the promised $10 gift card and continue to face issues with the Sunday paper deliveries. Despite being assured of a delivery on Sunday, August 9, the paper did not arrive as promised. I am extremely disappointed and have completely lost faith in the Register's customer service due to the lack of deliveries and misinformation provided during multiple calls.

I have tried to reach you multiple times regarding the missing paper, following up on Leah's promise to address the issue today at 7:15 a.m. on December 3. We requested a vacation hold from November 23 to November 30. Despite our efforts, it seems communication has fallen short on your end. We have decided to cancel our subscription immediately and request a refund for any undelivered papers. The lack of response and disregard for subscribers is truly disappointing. Please ensure our account, belonging to S. Kaller at [redacted] E. Cerro Villa Dr., Orange, CA, [redacted], is credited accordingly.

I recently received the CRUSH [redacted] offer for the digital newspaper in my email. Upon trying to enroll on the website, I encountered technical issues where the system froze, preventing me from completing the enrollment process with my credit card details. Despite subsequent attempts, the problem persisted. When I reached out to the provided phone number, the representative suggested deleting cookies, which did not address the enrollment issue, as it needed to be resolved online. To my dismay, I discovered that my bank account shows three charges for enrollment, yet I was unable to successfully enroll. I kindly request a refund for two out of the three erroneous $39.00 charges and hope to access the digital newspaper now.

I cancelled my Sunday delivery of the OC Register 3-4 weeks ago by contacting customer service and confirming the cancellation. My address is [redacted] Oriole Dr., Costa Mesa, CA [redacted]. Despite my efforts, I am still receiving the Sunday paper. If I receive another bill for the papers I cancelled, I will not pay it. Thank you.

I have recently moved from [redacted] Yosemite Drive, Trabuco Canyon, California to [redacted] Klondike, Trabuco Canyon on 5/15/[redacted]. Initially, I believed I was on a trial basis for the digital subscription which seems to be expiring. My son currently residing at my old address does not wish to receive the paper anymore and finds it bothersome to continuously receive my mail. I kindly request that you cancel any subscription associated with my previous address as I have been facing difficulties trying to cancel it through the Register website. Thank you. - Jeffrey R. I tried twice this morning to cancel my new subscription, but I was disconnected both times while being transferred to the right department. I recently signed up for home delivery on Sundays only and an e-edition for weekdays, but I have only received one paper since starting the subscription on Sunday the 8th. When I tried to access my e-edition, I couldn't find it in my email. After speaking with Donna and Ben to fix errors in my account, I was told there is an additional fee beyond the $20 I paid for 26 weeks to access certain content. I want to cancel my subscription right away and receive a refund of my $20 because I believe I shouldn't pay that much for just one Sunday paper.

As a long-time reader, I have noticed changes in the Register over the years. We used to enjoy the food section on Thursdays, the garden section on Saturdays, and the Sunday edition. Being an enthusiastic gardener, I particularly miss the focus on Orange County with writers like Cindy McNabb discussing local events, places to visit, and nurseries. However, the current writers do not seem familiar with Orange County, as they are not even based in California. The locations and topics covered are not relevant to our area. It would be beneficial to have a writer who understands Orange County's unique plant requirements and can provide local insights.

I contacted the Orange County newspaper editor regarding the sheriff's evidence handling misconduct case. On June 29, [redacted], while legally stopped at a park and ride near the 5 freeway, I was harassed by an unmarked black SUV sheriff/coroner. Despite being legally parked with all proper documentation, the sheriff accused me of having illegal drugs, searched my car, issued a ticket, and took $[redacted] among other items. My scheduled court date was postponed and obtaining the police report was denied due to an ongoing investigation. Now, over a year later, I received a court summons with altered charges, still including drug accusations. I can only attest to having prescribed medication in my vehicle, which was also confiscated. I seek assistance, unable to afford a lawyer, and fear the upcoming court date. Considering filing a civil harassment suit, I hope to discuss my situation with Mr. Savedero following his investigation on the sheriff's conduct. Feeling shocked and distressed, I urgently require help. Respectfully, Felicia Grosslight, MFT.

Since the carrier for my newspaper stopped delivering three months ago, I have been facing continuous problems with receiving my paper. Despite reporting missed deliveries, I am missing the paper at least twice a week. Additionally, the inconsistent delivery times of 8:00 to 10:00 do not work for my schedule, as I leave the house by 7:00. When I contact customer service, I am met with unhelpful responses and promises of credit for missed deliveries. However, I cannot verify these credits as I am unable to access my account on the website. As a loyal reader since [redacted], I am frustrated with paying for a service I am not receiving and am contemplating legal action to address these ongoing issues.

I am a subscriber who receives the Sunday Register but noticed that my daily paper has not been delivered for the past two days. The delivery person, Alicia Castenada, delivers both papers to my address at [redacted] W. 17th Street, #J8, Santa Ana, Ca [redacted]. I just spoke with my neighbor Margy Voit at 10 Arboles Irvine, and she also mentioned not receiving her daily Register for the same two days. If you have any insights on our delivery issues, please let us know.

We are experiencing continuous issues with our paper delivery. Despite having a sizable driveway, our papers keep landing on the wet front lawn, arriving completely soaked on important days like Father's Day. This has led to inconvenience as we had to purchase a dry copy from a nearby store. We kindly request a new delivery person to direct the paper onto the driveway to avoid it getting wet. Even if retrieving it requires pulling a car out, we're willing to do so to prevent further occurrences of soggy newspapers. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing ongoing delivery issues with my newspaper. I have been a subscriber for 38 years, and recently the paper has been consistently wet, and today I did not receive it at all. Unlike my neighbor two doors down who always gets their papers delivered dry in their driveway. I hope to avoid receiving a Christmas bonus request from them because their service is superior. I found today's paper thrown into my neighbor's plants instead of my driveway, causing damage. I am frustrated and hope that addressing this matter will lead to improvements in the delivery service.
