My latest bill is ************.*We were with Telstra up until we joined Optus in November. It was a shaky start with you guys but after a number of phone calls everything seemed great. I received an Invoice from Telstra charging me $***.**. I have spoken to the accounts department with Telstra and they have informed me that this was because Optus end have not completed the transferred over. I was told that once Optus is active that Telstra will be automatically disconnected. Please go back and check the recorded conversation I've had regarding this with your department. I tried to contact ****** customer help line and no one can help me and before it could give me the link I was disconnected. I would like to request for this to be reviewed asap as I don't think I should be paying for * connections. I can supply any info if needed.
