Internet light went out on modem, lost internet. Called Optus they did something on their end which resolved the issue. This was last Sunday the *th of May. The next day, it did the same thing and this time it couldn’t be resolved. So I rang again and they said to wait ** hrs up to * days to get a response. They have given me **gb of data for my phone, but I wonder if I could get a replacement modem? Thank you,Mark Thomson
