i am currently on hold. My phone battery will run out soon. I have been trying for weeks to have our address added to the NBN residential address list. NBN tell me this is a simple thing for my provider to do. You Optus need to do it . You have to show them Proof of occupancy papers. every one surrounding our property now have nbn available. As our address is not been raised we cannot. NBN tell me there is no other obstacle. I have been on the phone for * hours. When Optus finally answered me I was told I would be put through to someone who could help....still on hold. It is one hour since I called. So incredibly rude. Spent * hour waiting to speak to the nbn before that and *** an hour before that to Optus. Who can help me? My address has been left of the map. It was Optus responsibility to have us put on the map while the build was happening. NBN are concerned that my address is not with them yet and say it is a simple thing that my provider must do. You need to raise a request with the back office team..a missing address request. You need to provide them with POY papers...proof of residency. We have been here since ****. You should have plenty of our Optus account details over the last ** years. My earlier ref no is ******. Please don't say my area is not ready or available for nbn yet. nbn have just told me it is. They just need Optus to have our address registered with them. Please Help!!!!
