Hi I called yesterday and spoke to Matthew? Regarding wi fi modem not connecting and having very slow almost no internet connection. We did some troubleshooting and they checked the internet connection etc and all fine he thought it may be that the modem had missed an update and he was going to get a tech to connect me and decide whether to replace with a new modem. I would like to have the modem replaced and are we able to go to an Optus store to do this or does it need to be sent out.. We have had this problem now for * days. Really hoping this is fixed sooner rather than later as we need this for our laptops this week due to work and school! Regards Kelli Thiesz
