I have been waiting * weeks for a replacement Fetch Mini Box as ours lost service during a power outage on November *th ****. I have since called Optus * times to chase up the delivery of our box and we have still not received it. In the meantime we have paid for this service and we have been unable to use it. I would like the past month credited on our account and would love a direct answer as to when I can expect our box to arrive. I was initially told *-* working days and it has now been ** working days. Varying staff members have told me varying answers to my questions regarding our delivery and I have been more than patient whilst waiting for this to be resolved.
GetHuman-laitangr did not yet indicate what Optus should do to make this right.
