Hi,* I have received my monthly mobile phone account this month of $***.** and I’m really not too happy with this amount.My normal monthly bill never goes over $**.**,so why has this occurred?I went over to New Zealand for *dys in the month of Nov.& did organise a travel pack of which I was told that would only cost me $**.** a day so I was only expecting my bill too be no more than $***-$*** for the month.There shouldn’t have been any international roaming cost what so ever or shared data on this account.I have been a long standing customer of Optus for many many years and this has infuriated me so much especially when I have already spoken to you about this matter *wks ago & the cost that I was seeing on my account through my app.I want this amount rectified immediately because it’s totally not good enough.*Cheryl Stair *My account number ***********
