I’ve recently upgraded my phone from a iPhone X to an XS with Apple Watch add-on. The MyOptusApp is stating that I am due to pay $***.** however when I look at my recent bills it’s listed as $***.**. I understand that I had to pay a $*** upgrade fee. I went from a ***Gb $*** plan to a **gb $** plan. I just need to know how much I am supposed to pay. *** seems to low whilst *** seems too excessive. My phone number is **********.
