i spoke to an optus representative last tuesday regarding calling overseas mobiles from my mobile here in australia i was advised. i was assured the "Bolt" on my account gave me *** minutes of included calls to overseas mobiles. i was assured by Jimi that it was free and included in my plan. i took a screen shot of the conversation as proof. Now i have received a text messag from optus stating i have spent about $**.** ex gst. on usage that is not inlude in my plan. i want to have that removed from my account and have the ***mins of free included calls as i was promised. I want your assurance in writing and i want my account fixed. I have written proof of what i was promised on your chat help line. Can you please look into this and phone me on ********** to discuss
