Optus has made it virtually impossible to do something as simple as updating the expiry date of my credit card on direct debit.*They provide no email address so that one can communicate this change with them.*Try calling their given phone number and one is directed through layer after layer of options, none of which allow one to speak to an operator.*I have been discussing this with many friends, also Optus customers and they all have the same complaints about contacting Optus.*I have now spent nearly * hours trying to do something that has taken virtually * mins with every one of my other utility suppliers.*All the online help suggestions from Optus DO NOT WORK, as the system does not allow me into the "My Account" section and there is no link or shortcut to update direct debit payment detail.*GRRRRRRR!!!!!
I trust that Optus will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
