Would like to discuss direct debit payment after discussing my current plan and the fact I had no internet for nearly one month. I’m also being charged for late fees and although I was indeed late it was an honest over site due to a hastily planned trip to Queensland for a sick relative. I honestly thought I had paid and have only just now received your reminder. Was stuck to the roof of my mail box. I hope we can come to an agreeable outcome for us both
