Help with my Optus issue
The issue in GetHuman-renaecul's own words
Broadband service with fetch box ... I’ve been have numerous phone calls to discuss my final bill and I was told it was going to a supervisor to make a decision, I’ve been told all of my conversations have been recorded, yet again I haven’t been contacted with the outcome. What I have received is a demand from credit control for the money owing even though the lady at Optus said she would liaise with the credit company to stop it while I was waiting for a decision. I’m really frustrated and don’t want to get a bad credit rating over this bill
I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this already my next step will be to the ombudsman
I want this final notice waived and I want it in writing, as I have been told in past conversations that I don’t have to pay it only to get a couple of months down the track and I receive the bill again
I’ve never been late with any payments. I have no recollection of receiving a fetch box so I can’t return something I didn’t receive
