My phone at my parents house has been faulty for over * months. It always rings but half the times they can’t hear anyone on the line or the phone is crackly. I’ve called at least * times and had no resolution. They sent a technician out and he heard the crackle sound and said it will be fixed within days. Well it didn’t get fixed and it is dangerous because they are elderly with no proper working phone system. I’ve called * or * times since the technician came out and have had no help until today. I spoke to Seth who arranged for a technician to come out tomorrow (Wednesday) but I later found out that they have a doctors appointment and won’t be able to meet the technician. I’ve called * times to try and arrange a new time. The last time at about *:**pm the Optus operator just transferred me without telling me and the recording said a ** minute wait. I’m tired of calling you and not getting results. Please email me so that I can give you address of cancellation and arrange a new technician to come out
