ACC NO *********** LINDA NICHOLLS*I set up a direct debit on the * April ****. I then got a reminder * overdue notice as the direct debit had not happened. I contacted Optus on ******* and was told to pay that bill which would be the last time before the direct debit kicked in. I did this. Now I have received another bill !*Please update my records and also credit my account for the cost of two months of receiving paper bills - $*.**. This is just a principle matter . Please ensure that you get this right this time.
