I've brought * $** recharges in the last two weeks to continue my dollar a day usual plan but this has not occurred this is the plan I'd like to stay on I don't want to waste both $** recharges. Can this be rectified asap as I really just do minimum recharge to keep the number for my daughter
I trust that Optus will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
