The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-stephnot's own words:
Ordered a cable plan m*m bundled with Fetch Tv o the ****** and have had no contact. Called twice to be told there is no order, despite me having an email showing otherwise ( although no order number) and transferred to Customer service from sales. Both times no one answered the phone after being on hold for over ** mins. It appears they have just recontracted my cable plan without the bundle. Want to now disconnect service or get them to fix it.
I trust that Optus will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
