Have been overcharged by optus due to misinformation by josh an Optus staff members. Have had no correspondence from optus after requesting transcripts off all calls in April & May between myself and optus staff. Whilst on chat with optus became stressed & an ambulance called. Threw phone in garbage, another member of tour group retrieved phone & removed sim card, phone returned next day. Also made other request re information required to which no answer. Am not computer literate & have been given help to correspond by email. Will not have sim card reinstalled.*Will be contacting Telecommunications Ombudsman on return to Australia. Also contacting Legal rep to obtain compensation for expenses incurred & stress caused by this matter.*Also advised to tell you email from u arrives as SPAM.
