I urgently need help with TV*cable reception!!!*I have been trying to get hold of a real Person for days now!!*I have emailed customer service throught the online facility... no response!!*Have tried the chat line but that just cut out everytime my phone went to sleep Mode!!!*The TV has been very bad and pixellated for * days now. today there is a 'no Signal' Message on all free to air channels - Foxtel channels working fine... Need Help!!!
