Help with my Optus - Faults issue

We have the Optus home internet modem and the past few days it has been cutting out continuously. We have done the whole turning off and on and waiting the ** seconds, we have disconnected all devices and shut it off for awhile before starting it back up again and nothing. We try to connect it to our phone (mobile) and it will lose connection within seconds. We are unsure why this is happening, we do have a bill that’s a few days due but that’s pretty normal due to the bill arriving on our off week but has never played up like this. We have only had the modem a few months now, it has no damage to it so we are wondering why we are not getting service.
GetHuman1030842 did not yet indicate what Optus - Faults should do to make this right.
