I called because I'm changing my insurance, expires December **, ****. I will still keep Optum RX for my prescriptions. My new Optum RX member ID * is ***********. It is with Presbyterian Senior Care (HMO).**The old member ID * is ********** under AARP Medicare RX Plans, UnitedHeathcare.**I don't appreciate your customer service people transferring me * times! No one would assist me. It's simple just giving you all my new member ID*. Last woman sounded like she was drunk, & very condescending. Hope you recorded everything they say to your customers.
