I have a prescription order from Dr. Grier for cialis and few weeks ago OptumRx called me to explain that it costs me over$*** for ** days supply for which I refused to have them fill that prescription. A person who was talking to me at that time suggested that there were * alternative drugs which were available would cost me $**.*Yesterday I called OptumRx * times and every time I call they claimed to help me with those alternative drugs. Each of those * had no clue of helping me , they would say I will be right back with you while they put me on hold for longest time and cutting me off every time. Between * of those calls I lost estimated * *** hrs. Of my precious time with no successful results. I asked for supervisors or the pharmacist at that request they would put me on hold never came back.*Now what I want from you is that you need to contact Dr. Grier's office and give those alternative drug choices which are available with zero cost , so that he could prescribe it for me. I am emailing you because your team members were not able to take care of me on phone which is disgrace .
