The issue in GetHuman-lizafaz's own words
I have two insurance. I have dual in house insurance. I have send in my claims to you all for reimbursement. Because with my Pharmacy it's catch ***. Meaning they don't always process it right. I'm suppose to have no copay. I have talked with manual claims person. I always get different answers each time I call. It's more like excuess and lies. Because they don't wanna deal with me. When I have answer to there ridiculous reason why they can't reimburse me. They come up with a different lie. I work hard for my money. I know I shouldn't be paying a copay. I'm tried of calling you and not getting anywhere. And talking to people that have no idea what they are doing. And give excuess why they can't fix it. I just want to rereimbursed for the medication. This matter fixed ASAP. Im very upset. Customers should matter. I'm tried of the run around. Please fix this.*Lisa Sunder
