I have a billing issue that’s in dispute I have nothing but low income internet service, for &**.** per month. My account was behind, but on December **,***** the account was brought up to date* even though we were still in the midst of COVID-** & my daughter is doing remote learning So to my surprise that when I received the January bill I was being charged a total of $***.** but was given the promotion deal again for ** days which meant the bill was due on **********?? I have tried calling your billing department I’ve contacted the complaint department. I have sent a copy of the bill along with the supporting documents* I would like to pay for the internet portion of the bill* “Here’s the thing every customer agent that I speak with can see that what you’ll billed me for isn’t ethical
