I only have Internet services. My bill went from $**.** to being charged $***.** this month. I have made multiple phone calls and was left on hold. The last phone call I waited over a half hour and then was disconnected. I am extremely frustrated that I cannot speak to someone about this. I am on unemployment and I cannot have my bill almost double.
