I transferred my optimum service to my new address upon doing so my cloud dvr has not worked. I have Altice One and Altice mini.. I get a screen that saids There’s an issue with this service please try again later. With a code DVRBE-***. I called tech support and was told they needed to send the problem to escalation and someone would call me back. Day * and no call back. Please help with this. It’s frustrating. Thank You
