I was currently watching a movie on channel ***, it cut off. The new plan I have is supposed to include channels *** thru ***. I went back to the channel guide, only *** is listed, followed by ***. What's going on? Impossible to get rep on the phone, this is very frustrating! I was told my new plan which started this month would include above stated premium channels for * year. Please explain as I'm now left in the dark over said issue.
