Back in April A so called Technician came to our house to see why we were not getting service he was here * minutes with a bad and rude attitude I actually told them to make a note not to send him again. .He told us we needed a new router cable and left .We bought a new router and Cable and it was still was not fixed . We had to wait for another appointment they came and checked something outside,. still no service, was told because we were at the end of block everyone would get service before us and it was what it was! .Really????? That's not why I'M paying these outrageous prices. Third time was a charm and the technician changed the fittings said there was water pouring from them. We were charged An $**.** fee for a service that was not fixed from the first technician we called several times and was told it was under review after waiting hours on hold and online , still have charge on my bill and now have a $** late fee . I called again and person I spoke with this morning hung up on me after telling me it was too late to fight the charge , Please help with this matter I always pay my ridiculous bill on time and this is really bothering me being unsettled. My college age Kids had finals and had to go Take their tests at a friends house that actually had internet it was very inconvenient to say the least especially with covid . I paid for internet I was not receiving and also was charged a $** fee for something that wasn't fixed .I appreciate your help in this matter. Kim Metz
