No channels are working on for * minute then screen goes blank and then message alert this channel is not available try again later I called for service which took * calls they then rebooted my box but when nothing changed I got a live tech and after about * minutes he said there is a cable outage in my area this has been going on for almost * hours I never received a call or email advising of an outage like we always did in the past so does your tech know what he is talking about and what is the eta for service to be restored is this the new customer service response because it is pathetic and why no notice
