I need to talk to the Retention Department. The current specials*deals I've had for the past year expire next billing cycle and with my current situation (pandemic*employment) I can't afford a skyrocketing bill, and hope to work with a human to resolve this problem. I've been trying to get through for a week and can only connect to customer service who keep telling me I need to speak to Retention Department* when I call in, the wait times are *** minutes, and when I leave a message, I get a call from customer service who at best tell me I need to call Retention Department (at worst tell me I should wait until the special offers expire - and my bill goes up? But I can't pay that amount, and I need to resolve this before that happens). PLEASE CALL ME.

GetHuman-kboluch did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
