My name is Daniel Zuckerman (As per optimum tech support) I went to optimum store on Rt * in Freehold NJ ***** on this date(**********) to exchange a cable box that kept getting error code. *Shortly after getting home I received an email stating that I added a box and my new bill would be $*** vs. the $*** that I’ve been paying. *I contacted billing and was told that in the store she did not deactivate the box and until I can prove different that I’m responsible! “I EXCHANGED THE BOX, DID NOT ADD AN ADDITIONAL BOX” I did sign the computer pad as asked by the customer service girl in the store. I then gave her a check to pay my bill $***.**, she gave me a receipt with a batch number *******For my payment. But not for the box exchange Which I figured was fine because it was a simple exchange.*My optimum account number is******-******-**
