I have a very serious problem concerning my optonline email. I’m a comcast*xfinity customer. For about the last ** years I’ve had this email ******@***.com**I received it while living in Connecticut. I’m now a Florida resident. But I never knew my account there was obsolete, at least that was what I was told by George on the help line last evening. *He also said there was nothing at all that could be done. I’m begging you. If we could just allow me access to my mail - all of which now seem to be gone - I would cooperate in any way. I was not aware of this situation at all. *I’ll open an account there if that would help. If I could please speak with someone about this. Its already cost me a good deal of money and aggravation. I can’t receive emails and my phone number had to be changed due to an unauthorized portal transfer of my account at Verizon. It’s really been a nightmare . My stolen number is ***-***-*****My temporary one is ***-***-****
