We have * tv's. One in Living room and one in bedroom. Living room tv is working. The bedroom tv is not working. I have checked cable connections, rebooted both tv's, rebooted the modem and the router, to no aviail. Called OPIMUM over ** times & rec'd same message that power is out in our area, which is not true.. * tv works, and the other doesn't. All other things connected works. Message on bedroom tv is "Weak or no signal. Check the antenna cable connection and check stored channels".*Info from OPTIMUM does not connect us with a person to help us. *******we

You jdon't deserve an answer. Keeping me waiting all day, telling us by your ROBO that there were problems in my area which affected us, but didn't and we knew it but we still couldn't talk to someone from technical support.*You are categorized by us a LEACH in the field.
