You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

ACCOUNT-*****-******-**-* This was my home service , ( i also have my business with optimum) i paid my last bill on the ** of august and was moving and called to cancel the service by the **st i brought the equipment the next available business day which was on the *rd due to labor day, im being charged as if i consumed your services throughtout september! i wont pay for a service that i didnt consume!! Also want to mention how horrible and interrupted service that we been having and includes my business....we were told about a CREDIT!! i havent seen it and i would like a human to please call and resolve the issue. ***-***-**** prefer a phone call.**Thanks*Alexander
