I am a customer of Optimum and use this service for all my home devices, without any issues, and also for my work connection, my Modem is located in the same office that I am working from. I have also tried the trouble shooting advice that is listed on my billing invoice including rebooting my Modem. I work for Northwell Health for the Plainview location working from my home. I am approximately * of a mile from the Plainview Hospital located at *** Old Country Rd., Plainview, NY *****. I am located at * Arnold Street, Hicksville, NY ***** and my account number is *****-*****-**-* listed under the name Gail Porter. It seems I am one of the few employees, there are approximately *** , that has multiple disconnect issues usually around **:**am and *:**pm. Unfortunately this has interrupted my work flow for over two months, with issues on and off for the year. I have dealt with the Northwell Help Desk and our outside Vendors, CITRIX, without any repercussions. My Internet connection is a vital part for me to be able to do my work as efficiently as possible. We have certain expectations that are required of us on a daily basis with monthly efficiency reports, which would be the case in any organization that you would be employed with. It was recommended that I reach out to my carrier service for help with my main connections, therefore I am asking Optimum for help in resolving my Internet Connection.
