There are facets of my bill that are ludicrous at best. My tolerance and patience for your service has reached its limit. It is nearly impossible to reach a customer service associate to discuss the matter, and the only live representatives I can get in touch with are coincidentally the ones with a vested interest in sales. I don’t understand my bill, I’m certain I’m being wildly overcharged, and I would like to speak with a HUMAN BEING to discuss this. I’m tempted to tear up my bill and resign myself to simply not having a cable provider henceforth, because your service, charges and consideration for your subscribers are a disgrace. The bill was supposed to be lowered, and has not been. I no longer use Optimum internet and haven’t for some time now, and yet I’m being charged for it. We declined a protection plan yet somehow were being charged for it. I want to discuss this with a qualified, competent representative, or I’m finished with Optimum. Shame on you.
