My name is Victoria Nardella, I had to more out of my rental home and back in with my parents on ******* because landlord wants to sell the house. I tried to move my cable service with me, but was not allowed too because there already is a cablevision acct in my parents house. I called *-***-***-**** Thursday ****** at *:**pm and was given that information and was told I had to cancel my services on account * *****-******-**-*. I said fine, I would call back Saturday ****** and get address where to drop off all the equipment, which I did in Roslyn, NY.*Today *******, I get a bill for next month services for $ ***.**, so I called customer Services and spoke to a very nasty woman Roseline that claims to work in the Roslyn office. I was on the phone for over ** minutes between wait time and her keep putting me on hold. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said No, that she will call me back in a day or two. She said they have no record of me cancelling my service till I returned the equipment on Saturday ****** and I am responsible for another month payments even though I have not used your services since Jan **,****. She was very nasty and would not let me speak to her supervisor. I have proof I called on Thursday ******** on my cell phone records..If I treated a customer like this at work I would be fired. I do not think its fair that I would have to pay another $***.** for services I do not even have...and there is no one to speak too.*Please help me, I have no where to turn, I cant afford to pay $***.** for services I do not have.
