I have been trying to talk to a real supervisor at the corporate office and no one is answering the phones. My problem is Optimum is charging me $** for service that was not completed I've been a customer since **** or more. I shouldn't have to pay no $** for something that was never done and problem is still there the problem was never resolved plus the technician have a very bad attitude and was very nasty. Why should I have to pay for something like that this is not right. I will take this matter to the general attorney's office and also to the Better Business Bureau and even if I have to put it on the news I will. You shouldn't charge people for something that was never done and demanding us to take something or if we don't we're going to be charged... I need a corporate office manager to call me at *** *** **** or *** *** ****. I really like to get this matter done very soon
