Just to make sure I called and talked to an agent on ******** and she said that the November bill will show the changes.*To my surprise ( Coming from Optimum not really) the November bill was higher.** long phone call to the rude operators that don't listen and a trip to the Norwalk office, who he said that there is a discount on the computer but it was reflect on the bill and Still waiting for a supervisor call from last Monday.*Help or you will lose a costumer and will talk the FCC andbusiness bureau about this.
