As of this past saturday, I left Verizon to become a new customer,only to find out none of my laptops even work. Immediately set in front of my modem..the laptop was out of range!! I immediately called customer service waited ** mins for a LIVE rep. Finally, she attempted to reboot , etc. with NO success. She then stated a new appt would be made in * more days!! I insisted and she was able to give me a TEN HOUR TIME FRAME THE FOLLOWING DAY! Well, she showed me!! I waited for over ** hrs..and NO SHOW! And hour and *** later past the set appt. i recv'd a call from a rep stating there were 'outages' and that's why no one came!!I questioned, being such a high tech co., why couldn't they update the service recording to notify customers appts were to be cancelled..so we don't sit home ALL DAY LONG??That would have been considerate! Instead his excuse there were too many to contact!!*new appt ...now* days later and still no internet!! Worse yet. spent hrs trying to call every possible customer service ** for the pat * days only recordings! I am disgusted already!!
